Nothing about your health. The site has no contact forms and no advertising trackers. The calendar on the Book page is provided by IntakeQ (also called PracticeQ); anything you enter there goes to their secure healthcare platform, not to this website.

We do not provide emergency or crisis care, and messages are not monitored around the clock. In a mental health crisis call or text 988. For a medical emergency call 911.

Video visits are for non-emergency care. You must be physically in a state where your provider is licensed at the time of your visit. Your provider may recommend an office visit if a concern cannot be assessed safely by video.

Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses or medication details by ordinary email. Use the secure patient platform or call.
